- Answer sales and technical inquiries related to products
- Respond and provide information on product range, prices and generate quotations in accordance with specifications/customer requirements.
- Provide pre-sales and support to customers and distributors
- Manage and plan the sales quota on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Gather relevant market information such as market trends and competitors activities. Analyze the data and propose appropriate strategies to maintain competitiveness. Organize and participate in Key Trade shows.
- Liaise with related personnel and Headquarters. Submit related/required data and participate in discussions or projects on needs basis.
- Assist in regional sales & marketing activities
- Assist and work closely with Sales & Application team in as well as distributors
- Diploma in Engineering Discipline or above, preferably mechanical, or electronics with mechanical skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and follow up skills
- Good Team player but can work independently
- Training is provided for those without experience
