SALES ENGINEER/ ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER / SALES MANAGER
Focuses, develops and executes business strategies for winning new projects.
Handles sales and technical-related issues arising out of existing or new projects with timely and prompt follow ups.
Builds rapport and keeps close business relationships with key stakeholders within suppliers, customers, contract manufacturers, etc.
Works closely with Sales Support and Sales Account Executive to ensure that suppliers and customers’ needs are met.
Drives, coordinates and communicates any work-related issues e.g. quality concerns, delivery matters, etc. with Glocom relevant personnel and external parties i.e. customers, suppliers, etc.
Updates internal reports e.g. project trackers promptly and regularly
Entertains suppliers and customers as and when necessary.
Needs to have the flexibility to travel for planned and impromptu business trips at times.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superiors and Management.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
