Our client is a fast-growing, established cloud communication company that has helped their clients become more efficient and profitable. With offices in multiple countries, they are expanding within APAC and are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to drive success.
This is a newly created role to support the company's expansion growth. Working closely with the management team, you will understand the business's long term goals to develop quality sales strategies. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment process and develop a team that will be able to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
You will be analysing pipelines and forecasts as well as conducting regular research on the market to develop GTM strategy. You will be expected to be a brand ambassador at events and be hands-on on building strong relationships with existing clients and developing new ones. You will provide recommendations to improve strategies and processes that will improve results.
You will guide team members in escalation of issues, negotiations during sales process as well as establishing high-quality standards that will drive excellence. You will be accountable for preparing reports to present to management.
- You have at least 10 years experience in a Sales role with at least 5 years of leading a team.
- Prior experience in SaaS will be an added advantage.
- You have strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
- You are a seasoned leader with strong experience in driving growth within organisations.
