Your Requirements :

  • Required skills: telesales, telemarketing, customer service, negotiation, interested in calculation and costing.

Your Job Roles:

  • Handling customization sales enquiries.
  • To achieve overall sales target.
  • Promote and generate sales by providing excellent customer service, appropriate administrative support to the team & ensure customer satisfaction toward meeting company objectives. 
  • Preparing presentation materials and maintain sample products.
  • To assist customer's inquiries, complaints and feedback.
  • To create, maintain and establish excellent relationship and rapport with customer especially key account customer.
  • Carry out customer surveys on periodical basis.
