Sales Coordinator (MNC, exp in Valves/Actuators, S$3000 - 4000)

• Handles sales enquiries and prepare quotations to distributors, customers in the timely manner
• Work closely with the Sales Team and provide technical support to customers
• Process sales orders to HQ, and manage the orders from sales orders to delivery
• Keep track of order status, update distributors & customers on order, delivery status
• Coordinate with HQ, liaise with distributors and customers on delivery shipment, payment issues, collection of payment
• Liaise and resolve any sales issues with respective customers
• Track quotes and provide weekly / monthly updates to Management.
• Develop and maintain good customer business relationship

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidate with valves and actuation experience is an advantage
• Working in similar valves line or practical knowledge with Ball, Butterfly, GGC valves and its associated actuators will be advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus point
• Good communication skills and able to liaise with factory
• Independent, articulate, strong technical knowledge and a team player
