Assist to manage sales and services projects worldwide
Promote, develop and nurture our brand and business
Deal with sales enquiries from current, new and potential clients.
Follow up, process and support all the sales and purchase orders and provide after sales service
Deal with telephone and email enquiries for sales, operational and accounting matters.
Liaise with overseas counterpart and business partners to meet customer delivery requirements.
Handle, transpose and edit meeting notes and audio into written documents
Other administration support
the Hospitality experience is a big plus
Proactive, good interpersonal, communication and customer handling skills
Able to perform multi tasks and to work independently with minimum supervision
Willing to travel
Able to commence work on short notice preferred.
Basic salary SGD $2500 - $3000 + Commission
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Working Location: West of Singapore
