Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job)
To be ISO-Team representative as a Sales Coordinator to provide support in sales team and manage in project tendering.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- To support sales team in daily sales and marketing activities.
(B) Project Tendering:
- Download the tender document specification and provide quotation based on product specified.
- Fill Pre-Qualification form and comply our company profile to customer.
- Track project status on BCI website for awarded Main Contractor.
- Scout Repair & Repainting Projects opportunities through ST Classified, Gebiz and Sesami.
(C) Sales Support:
- Assist salesperson for typing quotation and prepare document.
- Prepare Project detail for newly secured new project.
- Prepare Sales Report for sales meeting.
- Update the project secured project list for project reference.
- To attend sales meeting.
- Prepare report for sales meeting / management meeting.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training:
- ITE or Diploma in any related field.
(B) Knowledge & Skills:
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office – Words / Excel / Power Point / Access.
- Outgoing and able to work independently.
- Minimum 3 year of Sales Administrative / Support related experiences.
- Quantity surveying experience is added advantage.
