Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the documentation and trading support

• To Handles documentations on receiving export order, L/C handling, sales billing, payment, etc

• To provide sales related administrative duties (sales order) in-order to achieve the Company’s sales objectives

 

Requirements:

• Candidate possess at least a Diploma or any equivalent discipline 
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in sales support
• Required Skill(s): Advanced Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table/Vlookup)
• Must be extrovert and able to create bond with colleagues and customers/suppliers.
• Korean speaking is a plus as the team in Singapore will support and liaise with relevant department in HQ in Korea
• Creative & Positive thinking, takes initiative to learn and gets job done
