Sales Coordinator (Central/ SAP/ Incoterms/ Shipping/ up to $2.5K)

Responsibilities:

• To manage end to end operation, logistics and sales support functions
• Perform data entry of transfer of Costing Sheets in SAP for Vendors & Customers  
• Perform invoicing to customers for existing and new orders
• Generating and checking of Sales Contract done for customers
• Process Sales Credit/Debit Notes/Purchase Orders and follow up on Orders Delivery
• Arrange for delivery for both local and overseas orders and monitoring status of orders
• Logistic - Monitoring Inbound/Outbound shipments and generate reports if necessary
• Preferably with Letter of Credit and incoterms knowledge
• Manage inventory in company's third-party warehouse for deliveries to local customers
• Handling of customer's inquiries through calls and emails for orders
• Establish rapport and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers
• Able to handle customer feedback & complaints
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• On-The-Job Training will be provided
• SAP background is a must to have
• Possess incoterms knowledge
• Experiences Liaising with forwarder for sea freight matter
• Experiences working in forwarder is advantage
