Responsibility

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Filing and Documentation and ensure data is process updated and accurate
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Coordinate on upcoming events activity

​Requirements

• Minimum Diploma level
• at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in sales support function
• Proficiency in MS office.
