Our Client is a leading MNC in the machinery industry located in the west side of Singapore.

- Provide support to sales order, invoices, purchase order, product delivery coordination local/overseas, track payment, etc.
- Coordinate product training programme for customer
- Provide secretarial support to the department lead
- Assist in company's open house, customer greeting and sponsorship, etc.
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Prefer with relevant working experiences in the heavy equipment industry
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to travel to West side of Singapore for work
