  • Design ,Plan and implement lead generation strategies within target market segment
  • Develop long-term trusting relationships with segment stakeholders
  • Manage segment pipeline of prospects to ensure maximum conversion
  • Take necessary actions to ensure monthly targets are met
  • Help manage the pipeline from leads generated through digital activities
  • Establish and maintain strong ralationships with existing students
  • Obtain feedback from existing students
  • Contribute ideas to help make sure the Sales team more successful
  • Follow established company processes and help with continuous improvement 
  • Maintain strong and detailed knowledge of product and service offerings

Qualification Required

  • Certificate or Diploma within the business field 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent inter-person,communication and presentation skills
  • Great listening and questioning skills 
  • Demonstrable competency in business development
  • Strong skills in developing and managing sales pipelines (with high follow-up)
  • Demoonstrated ability to work to deadlines and targets
  • Excellent time management skills and drive for results
  • Ability to work to a plan
  • At least 3 years' experience in Sales (Education/training industry preferred)
  • Clear evidence of delivering sales growth in previous roles
  • Fluent written and spoken skills in the language of the target market segment 
  • Strong knowledge and network of the target community in Singapore

Working Relationships

  • Reports to:Director of sales & Marketing

Hours of Work

  • 44 hours per week
  • Ability to work flexible hours,including evenings and weekends


  • Basic plus commision plus bonus performance
