Job Description

The Job

  • Order taking via telephone, fax and email, etc
  • Process order and liaise with customers on their order status.
  • Follow up on outstanding sales order.
  • Coordinator with relevant departments to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Provide good customer service and co-ordinate between Sales and Logistics on delivery support issues

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N' levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & spoken
  • Proficient with MS Office Skills (Excel / Word)
  • Team player with good problem solving skills
  • Knowledge in SAP system will be advantageous
  • Must be willing to commit to a 5.5 day work week
