You will be responsible for :
- Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships and marketing opportunities.
- Prospecting clients and connecting with potential leads through networking, phone calls, email and social media channels
- Developing and maintaining good working relationship with key senior stakeholders & prospects
- Attending networking online & offline events for prospecting and lead generation
- Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Gaining market knowledge and providing the team with market feedback.
- Working towards achieving business growth objectives in Singapore by hitting ambitious business development targets
- Managing client launch & implementation of program, and providing ongoing after launch support and feedback
- Performing as senior member of Singapore Sales Team while supporting the Sales Director
- You have at least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or Economics.
- You have at least 3 years experience in B2B sales and client facing roles in high performing sales teams
- You possess the ability to make prospect presentations to senior stakeholders at large MNC companies
- Having strong technical acumen and interest in IT platforms is an advantage
- You possess advanced business level communication ability in English to work with senior Director level stakeholders and clients
- You have good communication skills to coordinate with sales, operations and IT development teams on a regular basis
- You have a track record in consistently hitting sales KPIs on weekly and monthly basis
- You are self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
- A drive and passion for HR and Technology related domains will be an advantage
