Our client is an exciting startup that is revolutionizing the F&B Industry across the region. With their rapid expansion across South East Asia, they are now recruiting a Sales Associate for Singapore.
You will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in the F&B industry. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business opportunities to fuel your pipeline via various channels, be it cold-calling, email or visiting targeted restaurants
- Discovering merchants' potential for online business, identifying their challenges and consulting them on how the company’s solutions can add value
- Managing, tracking, and reporting on all sales activities and pipeline
- Meeting or exceeding given weekly and monthly KPIs and targets
- Assisting merchants in applying for relevant government grants
- Ensure timely collection of payment before merchants go live with our system
- Developing in-depth knowledge and gaining updates of key trends of the local F&B e-commerce industry
- Gathering merchant feedback, monitoring competitor activities and providing recommendations for improvements to product development team
You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales ideally within the Software, Tech or F&B industries. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and convince. You are a driven, goal-oriented individual with a solid track record of success within business development.
