We are looking for ideal candidate to be groomed into a sales team director within first 5 years of a candidate career. Candidate must be comfortable to work both independently and also within a team. We are also looking for leaders within an individual. 

You should be be comfortable to do sales in B2B and B2C context to start off your career before our organisation place you into Management trainee role. Your role entails creating financial plans and cross checking work to ensure complete accuracy of information. Allowance and commission can be discussed after candidates has been shortlisted. 

Career progresssion is expected for candidates with great attitude. Premier Advisory will provide a platform of training and support to make sure everyone has high chance of success in our field. We pride our training system to groom suitable candidates to achieve at least a 6 figure income annually. Candidates with or without working experience are welcome to understand this role together with us.

Our Sales Executives are situated in our office at Alexandra. This is a key part of our multi-channel distribution strategy and provide our customers with high accessibility to financial advisory services at their convenience. 

Expected Allowance / Salary (excluding commission):

  • SGD $1000 per month allowance can be discussed for suitable under-graduate.
  • SGD $1500 to SGD $5,000 per month to be discussed with suitable candidates(depending on experience)
  • Attractive commission base of work performance on top of allowance / salary 

Responsibilities : 

  • Face-to-face (Conference call online sales platform will be introduced during circuit breaker period) direct sales distribution targeted in the area of financial planning towards individual and companies in Singapore
  • Provide sound financial advice with proper understanding of customers’ profiles and review of customers’ financial goals
  • Achieve sales targets through soliciting prospects and concluding quality sales
  • Provide post sales services such as policy review and other administrative requests

Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • No relevant work experience required.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
