Sales and Marketing Executive

• Contribute information, ideas, and research to develop marketing strategies
• Improve detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service (existing or new)
• Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
• Track sales data and work to meet quotas or sales team goals
• Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
• Create and present regular performance reports for managers and executives
• Help to interview, hire, manage, and direct members of the company's marketing and sales teams
• Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Full certificate in GCE 'A' Level / Local Diploma / Local or International Degree
• Related Diploma or Degree will be preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Effective knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• No working experience is required - fresh graduates are welcomed
• On-the-job training and guidance provided
