To offer administrative and secretarial support to a team of sales managers/Executives
- To prepare quotations
- Daily filings. Master Project File (hard and soft).
- To assist team in pre and post tender documentation and correspondences
- To upkeep sales records.
- To assist in tracking of team's project progress
- To handle and act as liaison party to facilitate timely and successful implementation of team’s projects
- To assist with purchase requisition forms as well as to ensure accuracy of procurement quantity, finishes and types.
- To ensure all items are ordered.
- To follow up delivery and installation dates.
- To submit closure reports for billing after verification by project team.
- To keep records of sales targets and actual figures and compile them into reports for management
- To compile Monthly Reports and ad-hoc reporting.
- To coordinate mock up arrangement with project team (issuing mock up Delivery and Collection Orders, and arranging transportation).
Diploma holders in related field
Min 1-2 years experience
