Sales Administrative Executive
A. Sales Support Functions
1 Maintain records of business opportunity.
2 Maintain register of sales invoices and update receipts of funds from customers
3 Based on customer’s confirmed order to prepare delivery order and sales invoices for Sales Managers to review.
4 Support Sales Managers to prepare purchase orders to suppliers of goods.
5 Coordinate with overseas suppliers and shipping companies for delivery of goods.
6 Assist Sales Managers to ensure that operations team is ready to load and store goods delivered by suppliers.
7 Assist Sales Managers to ensure that operations team delivers goods to customers as per agreed schedule.
8 Assist Sales Managers to follow up with customers on collection of money due and inform Sales Managers on outstanding invoices not yet paid by customers.
9 Assist Sales Managers to carry tasks that will help to resolve issue relating to products delivered or documents issued to customers.
10 Attend site briefing and visit with Sales Managers when necessary.
11 Perform other tasks, e.g. complete forms requested by contractors/customers, as required to support Sales Managers.
B. General Administrative
1 Answer incoming phone calls and direct to respective persons to take over
2 Contact contractors and arrange timing to do general maintenance of office equipment, such as printer, etc.
3 Follow up with storekeeper to ensure that physical stock is tracked properly and physical stock records are updated frequently.
