Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales and admin support to team member to facilitate sales revenue, and sales report to sales team and management
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date sales kits for the Sales and Marketing team
  • Handle all sales admin documentation and paperwork (including student contract, application and report to ICA etc.) and process from recruitment till class commencement
  • Work closely with Student Service and Programme Management
  • Protects organization’s value and brand by keeping information confidential
  • Ensure compliance of policies set out by relevant governing bodies, e.g. EduTrust requirement, Private Education Act, Workforce Development Agencies and Immigration and Checkpoint Authority

Requirements:

  • ITE Higher NITEC or Diploma holder
  • Good communication skills
  • Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
  • Able to work on a 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday off)
  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in clerical/administrative support
  • ACTA certification will be an advantage
  • Experience in social media marketing will be an advantage
