Job Description

Job Scope and Responsibilities

1. Answer phone calls and take sales orders

2. Prepare Invoices and Delivery Orders

3. Liason with workers, customers and suppliers for work schedules and deliveries

4. Handle full sets of account.

Requirements

1. Familiar and proficiency with Acoounting Softwares

2. Enthusiastic and Willing to multi-task

3. PC literate with proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel, WinWORD, Outlook

4. Qualification - "O", "N", ITE/Nitec, Diploma or Higher

5. Minimum 1 year related experience

6. Salary offer according to experiences

Working Hours

Mondays to Fridays : 8 am - 5.30 pm

Saturday : 8 am - 1.00 pm

No work on Sunday and Public Holidays

Salary Range

S$1,700 - S$2,300
