Main Responsibilities:
 

  • Handling of phone calls, customers enquires, follow up
  • Screening of potential sales lead
  • General admin duties
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks by Manager


Job Requirements:
 

  • Good customer service skills & service oriented
  • 5 day work week
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluent in English & Chinese to handle Chinese speaking customers (spoken & written)
  • Full / Part time available
