Sales Admin Executive - $2400 to $2700 #NCH

Job scope:

• Process orders timely and accurately
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and warehouse to arrange shipment
• Generate invoice and delivery order through SAP system
• Support sales team in day-to-day operations
• Update & maintain sales reports and inventory records
• Understand shipping terms such as incoterms, letter of credit
• Prepare import and export documents
• Prepare for month end closing
