Job Description

 

The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives, typically from new clients and existing accounts. The Account Manager will identify marketplace opportunities, prospect and engage new clients, develop proposals, and manage the entire sales process.

He/ She needs to demonstrate good communication skill and can work with all level of people internally and externally. Technical personnel with presales experiences are welcome to apply for the position.

 

Responsibilities:

- Achieving assigned sales targets and objective
- Take ownership of accounts & target verticals
- Identify and acquire new clients via cold calling and marketing activities
- Strategic review and engagement of accounts to achieve sales targets
- Regular servicing of existing clientele for account growth
- Partake in development of sales and marketing strategies for new account acquisition
- Liaising with external parties such as technology owners, suppliers and partners

 

Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma/Degree holder in IT, business or related disciplines
  • Preferably to have minimum 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT industry
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Results driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
  • Meticulous and well organised
  • Have a keen interest about business and technology
  • Possess the ability to understand business problems the prospects are resolving and able to qualify sales opportunity

 

Working Hours & Location

  • Mondays to Fridays: 0900 – 1800
  • City fringe working location

 

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Good remuneration packages with allowances (up to $5,500)
  • Attractive commission (uncapped)
