The Job

You will be responsible for : 

  • Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of clients which includes global institutional/VIP clients
  • Maintaining sustained communication with and understanding the needs of existing clients
  • Developing key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules and tracking the status of key customers
  • Analysing user behaviour and preparing key customer analysis reports
  • Communicating with various departments to recommend optimal key customer service solutions

 

The Profile

  • You have at least 3 years experience in sales and client services function with an international financial background in banking, investment etc
  • Good understanding of cryptocurrency assets is mandatory
  • You are able to build a client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks etc.
  • You possess strong communication skills with the ability to be flexible in various situations
  • You have excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills and are able to work under pressure
