Job Description


  • Making cold calls and meeting existing clients to present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective clients
  • Acquire new accounts and hit sales target set by the management
  • Able to multi-task from sales pitches, submission of proposals/quotations, negotiations, sales follow up leading up to closing sales, provision of contracts, liaising on setup requirements, etc.  
  • Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the setup and launch, understanding their needs throughout the sales cycle
  • Working closely with the internal product and technical team for the setting up and launch of iPlus for various projects
  • Identifies product improvements by remaining adept/abreast on industry trends, market activities, and customers’ needs
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintaining a database of contact information
  • Able to feedback to management and iPlus team all valuable feedback from clients to enhance the system better
  • Regularly updating the iPlus and relevant teams for new sales acquisitions for their respective actions/tasks
  • Any ad hoc duties


  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holder with experience/knowledge on Property/Facility Management industry
  • Proven experience in Sales and Client Relationship Role
  • Experience/Knowledge in mobile application/web portal management
  • With excellent presentation, written communication, prospecting, sales planning and client relationship skills
  • Highly committed; able to adapt well in a hectic work environment
  • Great team player and takes initiative; pro-active
