Job Title: Roll Grinding Technician

Location: Pioneer

Working Days: Mon-Fri

Working Hours: Rotating shift (Morning : 6.45am – 4.15pm, Night : 6.45pm – 4..15am)

Gross Salary:$2000-$2500 (not included OT)

Benefits: allowance, 14 days annual leave

Job Duties:

• Responsible for daily Roll Grinding toolings refurbishment cycle.
• Set up and operate roll grinding machine for different toolings refurbishment cycle.
• Dismantling, set up and arrange toolings prior or after refurbishment cycle.
• Perform pre and post grinding toolings cleaning prior or after refurbishment cycle.
• Perform post toolings inspection prior delivery to end customer.
• Liase with respective team member and supervisor to ensure uninterrupted continous toolings delivery for end customer.
• Practise, excute right and safe work ethic according to Roll Grinding Work Instruction.
• Lead Junior Technician in daily Roll Grinding toolings activities.

Job Requirements:

• Able to speak English for communication with colleague
• Must be able to rotating shift
• Willing to support OT
