Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for managing both front and back-end store operations to ensure smooth operations. He/ she is expected to:

  • Manage budgets, maximise profitability and set/ meet sales targets
  • Analyse and interpret trends to facilitate planning
  • Lead and motivate team to achieve organization goals
  • Manage customers complaints, compliments and feedback
  • Manage stock inventory and stock control
  • Plan and manage promotional spaces and activities
  • Recruit, train, supervise and appraise staff
  • Plan and perform biannual stocktake for the store
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met as well as compliance are met
  • Continuously review and enhance existing store operations and processes to improve business
  • Involve in projects such as planning for new store opening and renovation works for existing stores

 

Requirements

  • With minimum 3 to 5 years of Retail Operation Management or any related
  • Great passion for the service/ retail industry
  • Highly customer-oriented, motivated, meticulous and results oriented
  • Resourceful and problem solver with effective leadership skills and ability to motivate others
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritise workload and delegate accordingly
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Team player with ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc
