Retail Executive @ Leading Pawn Shop (Town / >$2000 Gross Salary / 5 Days) - spztp

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Understand customers' needs and make suitable recommendations
• Manage customer feedback and complaints, if any, professionally
• Perform sales, trade-in and loan transactions of gold, jewelry, timepieces and luxury bags
• Assist in stock handling, stock-take and documentation activities
• Assist in visual merchandising activities
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience with passion in jewelry
• Able to communicate in Tagalog to handle high volume of Filipino customers
• Positive attitude, reliable, willing to learn, client-oriented and a good team player.
• Must be able to work retail hours, on weekends and public holidays.
