Retail Assistant

• Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail store;
• Perform cashiering function / Cashiering counter closing;
• Generate interest through the sharing of product knowledge;
• Upselling of pet accessories, toys etc.;
• Promote and market PLC membership sign-ups & renewals;
• Provide tender loving care to small animals in the store;
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for staff, customers and pets;
• Closing sales with pride and a high level of professionalism
