Job Descriptions:

• Manage the daily operations activities, including preparation and serving of food & beverage to customers.

• Oversee the food quality control, staffing management, inventory and supplies.

• Ensure the health & safety and customer service are compliant to company's standard and procedures.

• Attend to customers promptly.

• Provide guidance and advice to junior staff.

• Recruit and interview Crews.

• Opening and closing of the shop.

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of F&B experience.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills at al level.

• Excellent and positive service attitude.

• Independent and able to multi-task.

• Able to work in weekends & Public holidays.

• Salary commensurate with experience.
