We are looking for a service-driven leader to fill the role of Supervisor for our establishments. Overseeing the service team, the role requires the individual to maintain the highest customer service standards during the service, while ensuring that procedures and protocols are fully followed. Strong leadership and mentoring skills are critical to drive the team effectively and efficiently through service.
You’ll be in-charge of:
- Leading service operations
- Building and maintaining relationships with guests
- Order taking and menu description
- Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
- Assuring outlet setup is complete and walkthrough is done before shift
- Assuring sufficient cash float before operations
- Supervising a team of captains/bartenders
- Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service/bar operations
- Improving procedures and systems
- Conducting basic training and ensure SOPs are adhered to
Relevant diploma in hospitality or food & beverage.
