  •  
  • Conduct daily check to ensure proper working condition of equipment.
  • Ensure inventory of stock supplies are sufficient.
  • Recommend improvements to Manager or Management where appropriate.
  • Handle guest feedback.
  • Oversee multiple stations.
  • Ensure guests’ needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service.
  • Lead by example by demonstrating exemplary professionalism.
  • Attend to guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.
  • Resolve all potential service failure issues.
  • Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the corporate Vision, Mission statement and Values are upheld.
  • Supervise and participate in activities of the service personnel under his direct supervision.
  • Conduct roll calls after reading the Daily Log Book or after given instructions by superior.
  • Supervise food and beverage service by directing and guiding subordinates.
  • Ensure restaurant is adequately staffed during shift and to notify superior of any shortage.
  • Effectively plan Weekly Roster according to Outlet Reservations
  • Reward issue, requisition.
  • Ensure that all requisitions for the week are duly delivered and stored appropriately.
  • Attend meetings and briefings especially in the absence of superior.
  • Participate in stock taking of store, linen and operating equipment as directed by superior.
  • Record time off and hand-punch records.
  • Organise and oversee events.
  • Coordinate regular monthly maintenance and recording.
  • Issue and retrieve issuance forms; order name card, name tag, shoes, uniform etc.
  • Submit monthly paperwork to and requisite forms from respective departments.
  • Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; able to build lasting relationships with guests.
  • Basic competency in IT.
  • Possess good initiative and leadership skills.
