Job Description


  • Responsible for the efficient running and daily operations of the B2B/outlet(s)/brand(s) under his/her purview
  • Coordination with various stakeholders on B2B orders – Coffee and Hampers
  • Responsible for the manpower planning, budgeting and staffing for the operations, ensuring that the Total Payroll cost vs Revenue are within budgeted % for the outlets and brands under his /her purview
  • Achieve revenue targets and profitability for B2B/ Brand(s)/Outlet(s) under his/her purview by implementing plans to improve revenue, taking expenses into consideration
  • Lead in the planning and organizing of promotions and events for outlets
  • Establish challenging, realistic and obtainable goals to guide restaurant managers in operation and performance
  • Identify the developmental needs of restaurant managers and coaches, mentors, or otherwise helps them to improve their knowledge or skills
  • Implement recommendations and action plans in audit reports
  • Oversee all incident reports and ensure the recommendations and action plans are followed through promptly
  • Ensure smooth implementation of new F&B products
  • Strengthen customer service using continuous improvement techniques and processes
  • Monitor system and process to ensure that resources are used effectively; this includes minimizing wastages


  • Minimum Diploma or its equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ of operations experience in managing restaurants in the Food & Beverage Industry
  • At least 2 years’ of supervisory / managerial experience, with proven ability to motivate and train team to achieve targets and goals
  • Strong business and financial acumen to drive revenue results
  • Strong in financial projections
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to drive a customer-centric mindset at the outlet(s)/brand(s)
