Job Description

Job Responsibility:

  • overseeing the operation of the restaurant
  • manage a group of line-level employees who perform such functions as preparing food, cleaning and taking customer order
  • must have understanding on how to perform all line-level functions
  • maintain a safe work environment for all team members through training and counseling
  • responsible for coaching employees and maintaining excellent customer service
  • supervise restaurant staff during shifts, including hiring, scheduling and evaluations
  • place orders, assess inventory, and organize stores
  • analyse P&L, familiar with cost of food and cost of labour
  • maintain the facility including assigning staff to clean and conduct preventative maintenance
  • balance cash receipts
  • responsible for providing hygienic, safe food that meets branding and company standards

Skills:

  • Experience in F&B industry
  • Proficient in English

Salary: Sgd2600 - Sgd3000
