Job Description

Wine Connection is seeking positive, enthusiastic individuals as Restaurant Captain to provide the ultimate dining experience for our customers. 

Job Descriptions:

➤ Greet and welcome guest promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
➤ Assist with table reservation.
➤ Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
➤ Ensure guest are serviced within specified time.
➤ Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
➤ Present accurate final bill to guest and process payment.
➤ Ensures that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized.
➤ Any other duties related to food and beverage service assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

➤ With pleasing personality.
➤ Excellent guest service skill.
➤ Good knowledge of food and beverage service.

➤ Good knowledge of food & beverage service, pleasing personality, excellent guest service skills.
➤ Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
➤ Interest in wine & service
➤ No experience required as training will be provided
➤ Proactive & Customer orientated
➤ Attention to detail and able to work well in a team
➤ Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends, holidays and overtime.
