Job Description

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, or whoever he might delegate to, be responsible for the operational requirements of the company including:

Job Description

  • Respond to all enquiries (calls and emails) reservation enquiries (calls and emails) promptly with accuracy and efficiency with aim of maximizing revenue and rates.
  • Manage and handle Group and FIT reservations using Property Management System with accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor and manage room availability and inventory and communicate to Reservation Manager, or whoever assigned to manage selling inventory on various portals
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction is consistently maintained
  • Generate required management reports daily e.g. No Show Report, Arrival Reports
  • Ensure accuracy in data and instructions input into system to ensure effective communication between departments to achieve high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Ensure accuracy in collection of all payment and billing instructions
  • Maximize group room allocation efficiency through strategic planning
  • Any other tasks/projects as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Good command of English (Oral & Written)
  • Mature, energetic, self-motivated and a team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Candidate preferring contract (min. 4 months) arrangement may also apply
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
