Research Analyst/Senior Research Analyst (Retirement Systems), Income Security Policy Division
You will be responsible for driving the policy research agenda on retirement adequacy and income security for Singaporeans.
You will conduct independent research or collaborate with research partners from other Government agencies and/or academia to support the formulation and review of CPF and other policies and initiatives that improve retirement adequacy and income security. These efforts will include working with the policy team to identify research studies, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, literature reviews and keeping track of relevant policy trends and international developments.
At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in economic research work
- Strong interest, and preferably prior background, in labour economics or social policies (e.g. relevant degree, previous research work or jobs).
- Strong analytical skills. Experience in quantitative analysis, modelling and assessment of financial risks will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Ability to use SPSS/ STATA or similar statistical software preferred
