Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Relocation Consultant, you will…

  • Identify and develop plans to acquire new sales opportunities through direct sales techniques (phone calls, emails, Linkedin, and other social mediums)
  • Learn & market the products and services offered by MOOVAZ, including the sales terms (e.g. volume assessment, origin & destination services, shipping terms, etc)
  • Comfortable to speak / meet face to face with expatriate clients who are intending to relocate
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for MOOVAZ
  • Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, face to face visits, email, LinkedIn and other social mediums
  • Follow up with leads assigned and make sale calls accordingly
  • Contact potential clients through by variety of outside sources
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and follow up with referral
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

 

KPIs

  • Number of Prospect connected and the turnaround time
  • The percentage of positive reply rate and appointment acceptance rate
  • Blended margin percentage
  • Sales Results

 

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred with at least 2 years of professional work experience in similar fields
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills. You should be a great writer, speaker and listener
  • Self-directed/ self-started – able to take initiative to establish new contacts, leads and seek support needed
  • Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain MOOVAZ value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with.
  • An obsession with prospect happiness - set the stage for effective sales follow-up.
  • The courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it. See something broken? Fix it.
