Regional Sales Manager (Industrial trucks/ Up to $8000)
Job Description
• Japanese MNC – specialized in regional Material Handling solution (industrial trucks, parts sales etc)
• Mon to Fri, 9am to 5.45pm / Tuas area (transport provided)
• Up to $8000 basic with attractive staff benefits (allowances, bonuses etc)
Main duties:
• Prepare annual sales forecast and budget plan through analysis of market trends and other factors.
• Supervise the Sales team to achieve sales objective through Dealer Sales Management at regional level.
• Identify areas of dealer support/ development needs to ensure products and services are represented by dealers at required standards.
• Plan and develop innovative programs to increase dealer sales volume.
• Conduct market and pricing research to study regional market condition and trend, as well as to identify new sales opportunity.
• Plan and implement cost down strategy when needed.
• Assist with Accounts receivable follow up.
• Monitor and develop team members by enhancing their capabilities and team resilience.
• Adhere to company standards, internal and external compliances.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant sales experience in material handling products or industrial equipment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Singaporean only
