Regional Sales Engineer (up to $3000)
- 5 days work week
- Location: Redhill
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall sales activities and driving key performance in the assigned territories.
- Be a specialist for the product assigned.
- Develop strategies and portfolios to optimize market share and profitability to ensure revenue retention and sustainable growth.
- Conduct impressive product demos to partners, clients and prospective customers.
- Build and increase brand awareness, establishing our brand name as a premium provider in the positioning industry.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and monitor the performance of each distributor.
- Attend to queries, logistics and/or any operational support from the distributors.
- Contribute towards the development of marketing strategies, directions and pricing proposals to achieve sales and market share targets.
- Maintain and develop an up-to-date understanding and knowledge of existing and newly launch products and/or solutions.
- Update activities, market and competitors’ information in the form of weekly report submission.
- Minimum Diploma in an Engineering discipline.
- Relevant experience of at least 2 years in a distributor sales or technical sales environment is an added advantage.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Committed, positive attitude and result-oriented.
