Role Summary/Purpose :

The Regional Logistics Specialist – Tooling is responsible for managing On-Site Services (OSS) Equipment & Tooling coordination and mobilization for APAC / China Region. His/her responsibilities may include daily coordination on logistics with overseas counterparts to facilitate equipment fulfillment and coordination on maintenance, calibration and general billing.

Essential Responsibilities :

•Have expertise and systematic approach to problem solving to effectively identify and solve equipment issues/problems
•Coordinate in-house routine preventative maintenance and annual calibrations on field test equipment
•Coordinate remote troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics to Field Service team
•Maintain accurate maintenance and calibration records
•Analyze requirements and recommendations to monitor and support spare part inventory levels on assigned instrumentation kits
•Maintain the condition and appearance of all kits & inventory
•Support operational logistics on assigned kits/inventory to meet key deliverable
•Contribute to operational KPI, quality process improvements, Risk reduction projects
•Work closely with third party logistics service providers/tooling centers/Service team/Resource team/On-Site Specialists/Operation team, globally, on tooling’s requirement
•Strict adherence to all Safety and Quality policies

Qualifications/Requirements :

•Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma in Logistics Management/Business Management or any other relevant qualifications will be considered
•Good command of English and Chinese
•Strong communication, coordination and organization skills
•Customer Service oriented
•Critical Thinking
•Ability to multitask
•MS Office and MS Excel proficiency
•Ability to work cross functionally and collaborate with various teams
•Ability to manage technical supplier relationships
•Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
