Job Description

Working location: Kembangan

 

Working hours:
5 days from Mon to Sun/44 hours per week, Shifts between 4.00am to 11.00pm (depends on country supporting)

 

Commencement date: 14 December 2020/January 2021

 

Responsibilities:

  • To provide post-sales customer service support / troubleshooting support through LIVE chats & emails to the client’s B2B customers. (Online advertising)
  • Work closely with our partners to support our advertising customers and deliver consultative support and education on our client’s products
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
  • Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in any industry with at least 3 years working experience
  • Have experience as Customer Service or Client Service in using phone calls/emails
  • Possess experience in live chat is an added advantage
  • Good proficiency in English (written and spoken) in order to liaise with regional market associate
