Job Description

We are looking for a Regional IT Support responsible for:

  • Primary person to design, manage, upgrade and support the Regional Helpdesk System deployed in the APAC region
  • Manage day-to-day helpdesk workflows and configuration
  • Manage regional desktop helpdesk outsourcing program
  • Review adoption of program and improve the adoption of the progrom
  • Ensure ICT helpdesk tickets are addressed

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in end-user MNC environment, focusing on end-user support, server OS, network, telephony and cloud infrastructure and helpdesk outsourcing implementation
  • Experience in a regional IT team 
  • Proficiency in various IT technologies e.g. VMware, LAN/WAN, MS OS, AD, Exchange, Skype, SQL DB, Cloud would be greatly beneficial
  • Travelling to APAC countries is expected
