Regional E-commerce and Digital Marketing Executive/Assistant Manager

Salary Range: Basic up to $3,000 + Commission up to $2,500 per month

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce and Digital professional to drive the development of E-commerce business in the region. He/she will be responsible for leading the Omni channel transformation in the region whilst driving sales, market share and penetration growth. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:


  • Achieving Sales Target of Key Platforms and Marketplaces
    • Develop business and sales plans for all current and opportunity business to grow and build synergy in the e-commerce channels
    • Achieve 100% sales target
    • Builds deep and strategic business partnership with 3rd party e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
  • Build and Grow Key Platforms and Marketplaces
    • Develop and implement the marketing strategy to promote sales
    • Pro-actively identify new commercial opportunities
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    • Continuously improve through feedback from customers and execute customer retention and loyalty activities
    • Coordinate with Product Managers on execution of brand, marketing, e-commerce activities with adequate inventory supply
  • Key Platforms and Marketplaces Analysis
    • Collate data for category performance, sales and demand forecasting report
    • Collate data for customers’ shopping behaviours, brand and marketing activities


The successful candidate will be at the forefront of all operational processes involving the company's online business. Traveling is expected in the role. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in equivalent position such as Lazada, Qoo10, Shopee, etc.
  • Experience in managing the digital marketing landscape with diverse B2B/B2C audience
  • Prior Regional/Overseas experience handling Digital Marketing for different countries, as the Company is expanding its business.
  • Bachelor degree in business, communications or marketing is preferred
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills
  • Experience executing through shifting priorities
  • Creative and has the initiative to contribute ideas to the team
  • Comfortable in working with numbers and statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
