Job Description

Regional Data & Insights Assistant Manager

Our client is a global MNC and renown premium lifestyle brand in FMCG industry. They are seeking an experienced and talented Regional Data & Insights Assistant Manager to join them at their regional office in Singapore.

Objective:

ð  Understand customer’s behaviour and consumption patterns through statistical analysis of the customer base (transactional and behavioural, online and offline), in order to plan and anticipate trends.

ð  Work collaboratively with markets in the region to initiate CRM activities in order to increase customers’ lifetime value, build loyalty while ensuring protection of customers' data privacy.

ð  Target and optimize all direct marketing actions including digital CRM through database segmentation and perform return on investment analyses

CRM Planning

Coach & develop the CRM in-markets to

  • plan CRM activities for both B2C & B2B with aim to build loyalty & drive customers' lifetime value, taking into account International strategy & guidelines
  • leverage on customer insights from data analyses and post evaluations and make recommendations
  • identify customers most at risk of attrition and initiate programs to retain them
  • optimize CRM/marketing activities by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation
  • ensure end to end implementation of CRM acitivities
  • be a custodian of customer database with specific responsibility for maintenance and management of customer data to ensure Data Integrity and Privacy Compliance


CRM Operations & Analyses

Support CRM operations and analyses in markets w/o CRM & agent markets:

  • faciliate setup of CRM system with agent, ensure data integrity and alignment of CRM data with International guidelines
  • manage end to end implementation of CRM acitivities
  • conduct data analyses, including extractions, and post evaluations to gain deeper understanding of our customers


Regional management

  • Timely & accurate regional KPI reporting on monthly basis with customer insights
  • Identification of key trends and criteria that influence customer behaviour like consumption and loyalty
  • Spontaneous initiation of any analysis that can generate customer insight or operational projects to add value to the customer relationship
  • Assessment of CRM programs, club communications and promotional activities according to their efficiency and profitability
  • Participate to the community and faciliate best practices sharing across markets

Other


  • Collaborate with Regional CRM Project Manager to provide insights for local, regional and international Customer experience project
  • Work closely with other key stakeholders (marketing teams in market, regional commercial and marketing team and international CRM)


Requirements:

  • 4-5 years experience in data analysis related to consumer behaviour and customer relationship building activities (retail or consumer related industry will be preferred)
  • Analytical experience in analyzing big data and using software tools in a business oriented environment
  • Expert in CRM related tools such as Datamart and SPSS/SQL/SAS. Very good knowledge of SAS, SQL or SPSS a must
  • Strong commercial awareness; understand the business drivers, business environment, market intelligence, consumer behaviour and trends
  • Understand customer flow in Omni channel
  • Good knowledge of customer relationship management framework, strategies and guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
