Job Description

A leading distribution company of luxury fragrances and cosmetics with regional headquarters in Singapore and operations in 5 different countries in South East Asia. With over 36 years of excellence representing more than 50 brands under exclusive contract, the fragrances are cosmetics are distributed in major department stores, perfumeries and online marketplaces.


  • Engage with multiple brand owners and establish regional and local brand strategies
  • Develop marketing calendars across the region to support the brand strategy, objectives, and requirements
  • Direct and coordinate local marketing operations and business expansion together with in-market brand managers
  • Conceptualize and manage marketing campaigns to build brand loyalty, egnage customers, and increase sales
  • Drive digital marketing strategies integrated with offline marketing activities to deliver commerical impact that meets KPIs
  • Serve as the main contact point between the various brand owners and management
  • Engage with brand owners in regular dialogue to review performance and chart the future marketing direction
  • Oversee the fulfillment of the various brands' reporting and budgetary requirements


  • Diploma or degree in a marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience or knowledge of the beauty or FMCG industries
  • Digitally savvy and familiar with various digital marketing tools
  • Prior experience in directing content management and visual asset creation
  • Exposure in managing regional markets in South East Asia
  • Meticulous and well organized
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English is a must (verbal & written)
  • Able to start immediately or with a short period notice.
