As a Recruitment Specialist, you have ownership over the full lifecycle of recruitment. About 50% of your time you will work with hiring managers while the other 50% you will spend on making recruitment better: challenge the processes, improve the branding determine partner agencies, work with universities, implement new techs, automate, etc.
We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about building the Smart Brand, not about screening CVs, waiting for approval or endless meetings. Recruitment is a shared effort and everyone in the company will be involved in the hiring process
What you'll be doing
• Manage the recruitment process for all roles in your portfolio ensuring hiring managers have the knowledge and advise to hire the right people for the right positions;
• Collaborate with the business to find effective recruitment strategies for the different markets and roles;
• Lead key recruitment projects to continuously improve our hiring;
• Use data driven recruitment decisions to our advantage;
• Train and support and recommend new colleagues to the business;
• Use creative and resourceful ways for sourcing and engaging top talent;
• Transfer your passion of working at Smart to our clients and candidates
Who you are
• You are a fresh grad or an experienced recruiter dealing with end-to-end requirement;
• You want to experience or have experience hiring for a wide range of roles;
• You have great ideas for employer branding and university hiring;
• You have affinity tech and AI;
• You love building strong relationships;
• You work independently yet have no trouble tag teaming.
• You thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment;
• You have high personal integrity, trust and ability to maintain confidentiality;
