Job Description



The incumbent is responsible for the full recruitment cycle. Work closely with HRPs and Hiring Managers to identify their hiring needs. Leverage on all recruiting channels to identify and recruit the best candidate. You will also work to align overall recruitment activities with organizational goals for hiring and retention. Prepare report related to the results of these efforts and activities.

  • Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards, etc.
  • Source and screen potential candidates from various channels (via phone, in-person, etc.)
  • Provide shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Co-ordinate with hiring manage on schedule to interview shortlisted candidate
  • Assist in preparation and co-ordination of recruitment activities
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Update and submit report on outcome of respective recruitment events



Requirement:
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Proven work experience in recruitment activities and administration
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work well independently and also as a team
