This position reports to our Operations Director, and works closesly with our HR & Accounts executives to provide a seamless recruitment, contract and payroll process for our clients.

Sourcing of suitable candidates
Preparation of contracts for candidates and proposals/quotations for clients
Provide support to contract/temp employees on contractual issues
Liaise with clients and assist with their sourcing and HR requests
Technical Skills and Competencies
Employee will be trained on preparing proposals and quotations
Ability to engage with external stakeholders and advise contract/temp employees on contract clauses
Gain experience in contract drafting
Gain exposure to recruitment and sourcing functions
Diploma or Professional Certification
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented, self-initiative and responsible
Proficiency in PC operations such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
